Tellprint is an independent product operated by Stefan Wybranowski, a private individual based in Łódź, Poland. Contact: support@tellprint.com

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Squeezy Capital Limited), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions on Tellprint. This means Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller, handles invoicing, taxes, and refunds, and appears on your billing statement.

1. What Tellprint is — and what it isn’t

Tellprint is a behavioral self-reflection tool. It uses forced-choice questions to map decision patterns and assigns one of six behavioral archetypes.

Tellprint is NOT:

• a medical or psychological diagnostic tool
• a substitute for therapy, counseling, or professional mental health services
• a recruitment, hiring, or HR assessment tool
• a scientific personality test (such as MBTI, Big Five, or clinical instruments)
• financial, legal, or career advice

Any insights, missions, or AI-generated content provided by Tellprint are for personal self-reflection only. If you are experiencing mental health challenges, please consult a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tellprint. By using the Service, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence.

3. Your account

Some features (like Elite Access) require an account. You are responsible for:

• keeping your login credentials secure
• providing accurate information
• all activity that occurs under your account

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@tellprint.com.

4. Free analysis and paid access (Elite)

• The 18-question analysis is free to use.
• Elite Access is a paid subscription ($19.99/month or $149/year — prices may change with notice).
• New subscribers may be offered an introductory first month for $4.99. After the trial period, the subscription automatically renews at the standard monthly rate. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
• You can cancel anytime through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by emailing support@tellprint.com.

Pricing, features, and availability of Elite Access may change. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.

5. Payments, billing, and refunds

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. This means:

• Lemon Squeezy collects payment, applies applicable taxes, and issues your invoice
• Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy
• Chargebacks and billing disputes are handled per Lemon Squeezy’s terms

By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service at lemonsqueezy.com/terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Tellprint for any illegal purpose
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the Service
• use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Service
• resell, sublicense, or commercialize your access or results
• upload or submit harmful content, malware, or spam
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or access controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Tellprint — including the analysis methodology, archetype descriptions, written content, code, design, and brand — is the property of Stefan Wybranowski and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

• view, use, and reference your personal results for non-commercial purposes
• share screenshots of your own results on social media

You may not:

• copy, redistribute, or republish the analysis methodology or archetype framework
• use Tellprint content for commercial purposes without written permission
• claim Tellprint content as your own work

8. AI-generated content

Some features (like AI-generated daily missions and weekly behavioral reports) use artificial intelligence to generate insights tailored to your archetype. By using these features, you acknowledge:

• AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations
• AI insights are for self-reflection only and not professional advice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• You should not rely on AI insights for major life, financial, medical, or legal decisions

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Tellprint is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• the results, archetype assignments, or insights will be accurate or applicable to your life
• the Service will meet your expectations

You use Tellprint at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stefan Wybranowski shall not be liable for:

• any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• decisions you make based on Tellprint results or AI-generated insights
• emotional, psychological, or relational outcomes resulting from use of the Service

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for Elite Access in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $19.99, whichever is lower.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Tellprint at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Upon termination:

• your access to Elite features ends
• your data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy
• no refunds are issued for partial billing periods (see Refund Policy)

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of Tellprint after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Łódź, Poland.

If you reside in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
