This Privacy Policy explains how Tellprint collects, uses, and protects your personal data. We try to collect as little as possible.
1. Who is the data controller
The data controller for tellprint.com is Stefan Wybranowski, an independent operator based in Łódź, Poland.

2. What data we collect
When you take the free analysis (anonymous use)
- Your answers to the 18 forced-choice questions
- Technical data: IP address (anonymized), browser type, device type
- Usage data: pages visited, time spent, referral source
If you don’t create an account, this data is not linked to your identity.
When you create an Elite account
- Email address
- Authentication: managed by Clerk (clerk.com) — Tellprint does not have access to your password
- Behavioral data: your analysis results, archetype, mission responses
- Billing data: processed by Lemon Squeezy (we do not store your credit card)
What we do NOT collect
- Real name (unless you provide it voluntarily)
- Phone number
- Home address
- Government IDs or sensitive personal data
- Medical or clinical health data
- Children’s data (Tellprint is for users 18+)

4. Third-party services we use
Tellprint uses the following processors who may access limited data:
- Clerk (authentication, USA) — email address, session data, login credentials
- Lemon Squeezy (payments, USA/UK) — billing data, email
- Vercel (hosting, USA) — IP addresses, server logs
- Resend (transactional email, planned) — email address
- OpenAI (AI missions and reports) — your analysis results and mission responses
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and data protection measures.
5. Where your data is stored
Most data is stored on servers located in the European Union or the United States. Transfers to non-EU countries are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and provider-specific compliance certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
6. How long we keep your data

If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
7. Your rights under GDPR / CCPA
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Rectify — correct inaccurate data
- Erase — delete your account and personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict — limit how we process your data
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Object — to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent — for marketing emails at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, email support@tellprint.com. We respond within 30 days.
For EU residents: Your local supervisory authority list is available at edpb.europa.eu.
For California residents:You also have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what data is collected and to opt out of “sale” of personal data (Tellprint does not sell data).
8. Cookies
Tellprint uses minimal cookies:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to work (e.g., login session managed by Clerk)
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party marketing trackers (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, etc.). You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without essential cookies.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- HTTPS encryption in transit
- Authentication handled by Clerk — passwords are never accessible to Tellprint
- Access controls and audit logs
- Regular security updates
- Encrypted database storage
No system is 100% secure. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by GDPR.
10. Children
Tellprint is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, please contact support@tellprint.com and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service.
