This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for Tellprint Elite Access.
How payments work
All payments on Tellprint are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller and is responsible for processing refunds according to their policies and applicable law.
The free analysis is always free
The 18-question behavioral analysis is completely free. No payment is required, and no refund applies.
Elite Access — 14-day refund window
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time Elite Access subscribers.
If you are not satisfied with Elite Access for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked, no justification required.
How to request a refund
Email support@tellprint.com with:
- Your account email
- Your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy confirmation email)
- A brief note that you’d like a refund
We will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
EU consumers — right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
By starting Elite Access immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that:
- The digital service begins before the 14-day withdrawal period ends
- You may still cancel within 14 days under our refund policy above
This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights under EU law.
Renewals and ongoing subscriptions
After the initial 14-day window:
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing month
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days
- You can cancel anytime to prevent future renewals
Canceling stops future billing but does not refund the current period. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel anytime by:
- Logging into your Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link in your purchase email)
- Emailing support@tellprint.com
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- Account abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service
- Multiple refund requests from the same user
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first
Repeated refund abuse may result in account termination and a ban from future purchases.
